The Chloé collection is a collection created in Barcelona by our design team. It is an example of how tradition is always present in the creation and ideation of our products. With the bulrush braiding of yesteryear as a prism, we have generated this range of products that includes armchairs, sofas, sun loungers and tables. A combination of materials that flow with the landscape and nature.

It is a wood of great durability and resistance.
The wood is FSC certified, thus guaranteeing the responsible management of the planet's forest resources from an environmental, social and economic point of view.
Like all outdoor wood, it requires maintenance to maintain its optimal conditions.

Synthetic rattan

With the charm of craftsmanship and the resistance of modernity, hand-woven synthetic rattan evokes Mediterranean tradition. Lightweight, comfortable and durable, it brings a warm and natural touch to any terrace or garden.
This product requires assembly.
The necessary instructions and tools for assembly are included in the package.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE

To keep the product in optimal condition, it is recommended to clean it gently with a damp cloth or neutral liquid soap, rinsing afterwards with plenty of water. Remove the dust regularly with the help of a soft cloth and clear water. Avoid using detergents or abrasive products that can damage the surface.

WOOD MAINTENANCE

For wooden parts, it is recommended to apply a colorless and breathable protector once or twice a year to nourish and protect it.
Defora Home offers a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, under the legally established terms. During this period, the customer must inform Defora Home of any lack of conformity of the product within two months of detecting the defect. If the product presents a defect covered by the warranty, Defora Home will handle the repair or replacement of the item, either directly or through technical and after-sales services. These procedures will be free of charge for the customer.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Negligence, impacts, or improper handling.
Improper use or voltage conditions not recommended for the product.
Natural wear and tear due to normal use.

If the warranty claim is justified, the customer may choose:
Repair or replacement of the defective item. Partial or full refund, in accordance with the terms established by current legislation.
TRANSPORT

The delivery time is approximately 2-8 working days in Spain and 5-14 outside Spain, and may vary depending on product availability and conditions beyond Defora Home’s control. Delivery is curbside. Please check the packages upon receipt; if you detect any damage, indicate it on the delivery note before signing and contact Customer Service. Free shipping only applies to products with this option. Home delivery is carried out up to the door (not inside the home) and only if conditions allow. In case of stock shortage, you will be informed of the new delivery time or cancellation. The order status will be notified by email. These timeframes are approximate and may vary during holiday periods, high-demand months and/or due to circumstances beyond Defora Home’s control.

PRICES

All prices include VAT, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, where IGIC and customs fees are not included.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt. Payments will be refunded, except for shipping and return costs, which are borne by the customer, within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the goods. Products must be returned in good condition, preferably in their original packaging. Returns of custom-made or made-to-order items are not accepted. Defora Home may reject returns made after the deadline, in poor condition, or apply deductions if the product has suffered depreciation.
