During this period, the customer must inform Defora Home of any lack of conformity of the product within two months of detecting the defect. If the product presents a defect covered by the warranty, Defora Home will handle the repair or replacement of the item, either directly or through technical and after-sales services. These procedures will be free of charge for the customer.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Negligence, impacts, or improper handling.
Improper use or voltage conditions not recommended for the product.
Natural wear and tear due to normal use.
If the warranty claim is justified, the customer may choose:
Repair or replacement of the defective item. Partial or full refund, in accordance with the terms established by current legislation.

Free shipping only applies to products with this option. Home delivery is carried out up to the door (not inside the home) and only if conditions allow. In case of stock shortage, you will be informed of the new delivery time or cancellation. The order status will be notified by email. These timeframes are approximate and may vary during holiday periods, high-demand months and/or due to circumstances beyond Defora Home’s control.

Products must be returned in good condition, preferably in their original packaging. Returns of custom-made or made-to-order items are not accepted. Defora Home may reject returns made after the deadline, in poor condition, or apply deductions if the product has suffered depreciation.
